The jobs of crankpin and main journal repair of the crankshaft executed by us have the following features:

  • Having the latest quality control measuring instruments to check hardness, crack by MPI, taper, ovality, surface finish, etc.
  • All instruments used for measuring the crankpin and main journal diameter are periodically sent to the laboratory for calibration. Valid certificates are kept in the record as per the requirements of inspection agencies.
  • The latest design and technology instruments/equipment are used prior to the repair of the crankshaft and after the repair is executed.
