I) Metallurgical properties of Cylinder Liners & Cylinder Sleeves:
Generally, the metallurgical composition of cylinder liner of particular make and model of engine is known to RA Power Solutions. If required, the metallurgical test is undertaken. At the time of manufacturing, correct percentage of Manganese, Chromium, and Silicon is used in order to enhance the life of cylinder liners and cylinder sleeves.
II) Machining:
The rough and the final machining is undertaken on CNC machines the landing area including cutting the grooves for the rubber ring seal is maintained strictly as per the drawing and the specifications.
III) Preservation Packing:
High grade of preservative are applied on the cylinder liners and cylinder sleeves prior to the packing.
