style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Inspection:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check CR Pin Size, Hardness, DP Test, or Magnetic Particle Test, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deflection, in case all reports are good after that, take the Second Step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dismantle the machine and check all spare parts, assemble the Pneumatic Motor in the insitu grinding machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemble the hardware in the shell, assemble the machine on the crank pin, and rotate the gear manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemble the machine&#8217;s upper and lower caps and recheck all bolts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the Air Hose Pipe to the Pneumatic Motor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the machining process first round is complete, dismantle the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marineengine.in\/blog\/2016\/12\/09\/insitu-grinding-of-crankshaft\/\">in situ grinding machine <\/a><\/strong>and check the size of the Crank Pin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the same steps to complete the job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before maintaining the final size, check hardness, MPI, or DP Test &amp; take Maximum Reading by Micrometer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:
